We’re off to Prague for a long weekend in a couple of weeks. Staying centrally and hotel is all booked but I would love some recommendations for local food and also somewhere rather special and romantic please?

I’d recommend Café Savoy (which is an old-school institution) for cake and coffee and Divinis, a modern Italian restaurant;
