Recommendations for sweatpants and casual wear pants

I am looking for two pairs of pants, sweatpants and casual pants to throw on when leaving the house. I love Hailey Bieber’s Wardrobe NYC sweatpants, however, they are over my budget. I am looking to spend between £100-150 per item.

Free People do such a good selection on knitted and ribbed sweatpants that you can style to look pulled together. I love these
