Hi Jo
With your work schedule and a late night show - do you manage to keep a routine? As I am getting older, I am finding my late night work that much harder to keep up with, any tips?

I am very honest about how this new radio schedule is exhausting me. Im a morning person…I wake up with the lark…which is why I loved being on a Breakfast Show…
I now start my show at 10 am when really I want to be in bed…
HOWEVER…i have been told I should start having naps…maybe that would help?
Im swimming every morning after I wake up…it seems to create energy

Thank you for your reply, I have also been told if working through the evening when the body clock expects you to be sleeping - naps are useful but I feel rather lazy taking a nap during the day!
