Hi there,
I wondered if anyone has and tips for seed cycling to balance hormones? no idea where to start.
thanks,

I’ve heard about this and find it fascinating! Intrigued to see if anyone has tried this x
Flax seeds are meant to be amazing with helping hormones! I try add them in to anything that would work like Yogurt, Acai bows and smoothies x
Yes I do this! In your follicular phase (first 14 days after your period ends), you should take a tablespoon of flax & pumpkin seeds each every day, then when you enter your luteal-menstrual phase (second 14-ish days of your cycle), you take 1 tablespoon of sesame & sunfower seeds.
I usually mix the flax seeds into any yoghurt/porridge and throw the other ones on top of a salad or veggies!
this sounds so interesting! I want to try
This sounds really interesting! Do you notice a difference in how you feel when you do this? If so, what does it help? x
I can’t single out what effects seed cycling in general has because I try to eat in accordance with my cycle but I find that overall aligning your eating habits with your cycle really helps with mitigating PMS symptoms, less period pains & less breakouts - all good things
