Shampoo for hair growth/strengthening

Has anyone any recommendations for a shampoo to support hair growth/strenghtening?

Naturally have blonde (very curly) fine hair, I wear it natural on holidays but tend to style at weekends/just wear up for work.

I have babylights every 8-10 weeks.

Started with the K18 repair mask, based on a rec I read on here, and Kerastese genesis serum and use hair protector spray but hair still feels damaged/prone to breakage around the face - so thinking also need to invest in a shampoo/conditioner…

I use olaplex shampoo, conditioner and their treatment too. It’s expensive but I now really notice when I don’t use.

I have very fine curly hair too and really rate Garnier ultimate blends shampoo and hair mask - the watermelon one. It’s not heavy with oils, and the mask is great as a leave in when you want to go curly. I also rate the olaplex serum for repair. It’s been a long time since I straightened my hair, but I used to use a john frieda serum for heat protection and loved it. Hope that helps xx
