I’m going to a friends 21st and the dress code is semi-formal/formal summer dresses. It would be really helpful if you could suggest some mini dresses that fit this criteria but i’m also not opposed to longer dresses, and maybe some shoes to go along with some of the dresses

As regards shoes, have a look at the Sezane footwear or Bobbies:
Gold sandals work well with most colours, whilst black or (purple for a bold choice) would work well with silver (to create a contrast).
