Summer workwear tops

Hello! I’m looking for suggestions for some smarter summer workwear tops that can pair with wide leg trousers. Unfortunately crisp white t-shirts aren’t smart enough for the level of dress I need, and I’m looking for other inspiration beyond waistcoats. Ideally I’d like tops I can wear more casually/with jeans at other times (it isn’t often I need to dress this smart for work), and would like to avoid florals as not really my style. Let me know if you have any recommendations!

Hiya - I have to be smarter in the office too, so I feel your pain!
I like long sleeve sheer blouses, as they are summer cool and yet covered for work.
Love this one from Zara, easily can wear out of work too, open with a vest or bikini style
