Hi! Definitely best to go to a professional for teeth whitening. I had mine done in Brighton with a treatment called Enlighten and I can’t recommend that specific treatment enough. Perhaps see if any in London do this specific one - I know SmilePod comes highly recommended. I also recommend seeing a hygienist - sometimes a really thorough appointment can give you much brighter, whiter-looking teeth without the need for trays.
