Tinted Moisturiser for redness recommendations!

Could anyone please recommend a tinted moisturiser/CC cream with good coverage?

I love La Roche Posay’s Rosalic CC Cream but I cannot find it in stock anywhere in store or online- I’m guessing it’s been discontinued! I could wear it alone over moisturiser and just a bit of concealer and it would look really natural with great coverage- as if I was wearing foundation! Would love to find something similar as I don’t like wearing foundation unless I have a special occasion!

I have quite uneven skin tone with redness on my cheeks so any that are specialised for my skin type would be great. Willing to try anything though!

Thanks!

I have a little redness on my cheeks admittedly not much but because I am very pale you can sometimes notice it. I have been using Dr Jart BB cream SPF 50 in light/medium and it is really nice, very blendable and gives a nice coverage, even though it is light/medium it does look a little tan but don’t worry as it does really blend in well and gives you a nice healthy colour although in winter I will go down to light.

I am also a big fan of this too, the shades adapt really nicely to your skin tone and I love that it’s packed full of skincare benefits as well x

I’ve heard really good things about the La Roche Effeclar La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+ Unifiant Tinted Moisturiser Light 40ml - Boots

I have tried every CC/BB cream and tinted moisturiser for red skin! I have been wearing this Frezyderm CC cream for years now, the coverage is amazing, I wear it every day. Hard to find but often on Amazon, I stock up when I can: https://www.frezyderm.co.uk/face-care/face-cream/sensitive-skin/sensitive-red-skin-tinted-spf-30-cream/

I absolutely love this Dr Jart CC cream, super light but still has great coverage: https://www.cultbeauty.co.uk/dr.jart-premium-bb-beauty-balm-spf-50-40ml-various-shades/14301254.html?affil=thggpsad&switchcurrency=GBP&shippingcountry=GB&variation=14301256&gclid=Cj0KCQjw1_SkBhDwARIsANbGpFv4Mb_yHum5IQ8bDw7qfwFcoMAIa-DTNv8HRRtY3jMQbGk9IRmvzcAaAgJkEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

Amazing! Will have a look at all above ! Super helpful, thank you!

Ohhh! I have rosacea and can recommend It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream. DIsclaimer: I find it a bit full coverage so only use in colder months but it’s SPF50 and oil free (important if you have rosacea!).

For the summer I swear by Laura Mercier’s Tinted Moisturiser Skin Perfecter, it’s lighter in coverage and SPF30. They also have an oil free one if it’s irritating for you.

Chanel CC cream or Erborian BB cream both have decent coverage and wear well throughout the day and look quite natural.

Rosalique is brilliant. I”m a makeup artist and swear by this in my kit. It’s designed for those with sensitive skins such as Rosacea etc, it’s got a 5* rating, protects against UVA & UVB spf 50. Can be worn as a tinted moisturiser as gives a lovely healthy glow and coverage so can be worn all over or as a concealor etc. However, not suited to extremely fair skins but works better on ligjht-medium skin tones. Also Dr Jart is good I use on paler skin tones.

I also recommend Rosalique, have a try.

Hi.

Since I’ve been using Balance Me cleanser, Dermitica 20% Azaelic Acid (Amazon) and Balance Me Collagen moisturiser, I dab a tiny amount of Eborian cc red correct cream on red areas only my skin is much better and I don’t need full face cover.

Try Rosalique if you need full face cover. Brilliant but does transfer off your hands if you touch your face.

Hope this helps x

I have been testing Hourglass’s new Veil Tinted Moisturiser and I am normally sceptical with using tinted moisturisers as I do like a fair bit of coverage for redness and scarring but this one I have been going back to time and time again during the summer: https://www.spacenk.com/uk/makeup/complexion/tinted-moisturiser/veil-hydrating-skin-tint-UK200039092.html?istCompanyId=0e8ad2cd-a29f-4f10-aa02-bfe7beec114f&istFeedId=4dabe32f-dcf8-4bb2-893d-2b02fd2dd75d&istItemId=ltiwamama&istBid=t&gclid=CjwKCAjwxOymBhAFEiwAnodBLANrkAR2gQmiSqDpTMSOHlI2P90HZ5KPEVlA7qzbs4IaFaotRX_tNhoCuRQQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Hi. Try Rosalique if you like dewy but I found if I touched my face I got tint on my hands. I have just been introduced to Laura Gellar balance and brighten and I love it. QVC sell it and you can return within sixty days if not suitable so a good way to try a shade and not lose all your money just p and p. It can be orangey so go lighter than you think is my tip. X

I have a great new recommendation for a tinted CC colour correcting cream from Lumene, it is water based so it is super hydrating but it also has great medium coverage so hides any dark circles or redness, I take shade fair but medium in the evenings or on holiday:

I have rosacea and redness on my cheeks but hate full coverage foundation, I’ve been using the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser and loving it. They also have an oil free one if that’s something that would be good for your skin.

They have a ‘mini’ version if you want to try first and see how it goes with your skin.
