Thoughts on velvet curtains for a bedroom or if not then any alternatives? Please

I think velvet curtains definitely can work for a bedroom. Iād lean into the heaviness of the fabric with blackout lining and an interesting trim - nice examples from our interior designer for the SheerLuxe Show Set, Henry Prideaux, here:
