Wedding guest day 2 outfit

It is seemingly impossible to find a wedding guest day 2 pool party outfit/cover up that is a) not white or a variation of white, b) not £500, and c) chic. Any suggestions?! For context the wedding in question is in Tuscany but I’d like to be able to rewear in the future.
