Where do I buy Art?

Hi everyone!

It’s my husband’s 40th soon and he’s always wanted a framed pic of the “Battle of Solent”. I’m thinking something high-quality, large (7-9 metres) framed. Does anyone know where I would even begin to search for this? I’ve tried online and googling but it tends to be low res.
