I’m taking my 16 year old to Paris for the weekend and want to make sure we make the most of our time, so looking for cool ideas of what to do. Thanks
It’s worth visiting the Louvre, Centre Pompidou, Jardin du Luxembourg, les Tuileries, Musee d’Orsay, Musee Rodin, Musee Picasso and Galeries Lafayette or Le Bon Marche. You might also want to visit Montmartre and the surrounding area as well as Le Marais. Time permitting I would consider a day trip to Mont St Michel
You should definitely take them to Le Marais where all the vintage shops are - so much fun to browse around and lots of nice places to have lunch and pastries!
Our Paris Guide here has loads of options!
I took my 16 yr old earlier this year. She loved it! Definitely Monmartre. She really enjoyed Musee d’Orsay (we didn’t overdo the museums!)
She’s really into reading so loved visiting the famous Shakespeare & Co bookshop (there’s a cafe there too). Also, loved going to a jazz club.
We walked a lot. Along by the Seine where we bought a poster / print. Also great walking through the Tuileries tunnel (quite long!) which has cool street art. Have a great weekend!
