I’m going to a wedding in two weeks (eek) and I’m unsure what to wear. It’s in really lovely country hotel. I have a black dress but I’m unsure about wearing black to a wedding, and unsure how to layer up to keep warm. Also, I don’t want to spend a lot of money as I have quite a few weddings this year. Has anyone got any suggestions?

I would go for a slip style dress and blazer!
Ghost always have nice wintery colour options, asos, kitri and never fully dressed might also be worth a look at x

I also love a simple slip dress for a wedding, at this time of year I would go for a long sleeved style with a blazer layered over the top. This style of dress is great to wear again, both for work and other events throughout the year.
I would style with different shoes, like heels or knee high boots or even trainers and sandals and then mix and match with different bags. You can also layer a jumper over the top for a casual look, a really versatile piece x
