Hi all!
Going to the Yorkshire dales for a weekend break (staying in Askrigg), would love to know if anyone has any must see/do recs? It will be a fairly chilled weekend and we do have 2 small dogs with us.

About 40 minutes away from there is Matt Carver’s new restaurant Rind in the Dales. There’s a cheesemonger on site, as well as pizza ovens and a menu with every type of cheese you can imagine!
If you’re in the area Aysgarth Falls is also a must! So beautiful with trails for long dog walks.

Depends if you fancy a drive out, but Skipton is worth a visit and Haworth, with The Bronte Parsonage Museum. Then, if you felt really energetic, you could walk the dogs up to Top Withins Farm, which may or may not be the inspiration for Wuthering Heights…
