I’m off to Rome for a long weekend with my friend for her 40th in a couple of weeks. We are disorganised and haven’t planned much. She’s gluten free and I’m vegetarian (I know!). Normally I love a food tour but can’t find anything that caters for GF.
Can anyone suggest any tours or things to do, any nice restaurants/bars, ideally even rooftop or with a nice view, for the obligatory spritz?

Dilla is honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. And I’d definitely recommend a visit to Doria Pamphilj Gallery. When I went I spotted Erdem having a cheeky coffee in the cafe. It’s stunningly beautiful inside.
Angelina is a lovely spot for rooftop drinks and aperitivo and Hotel Capo d’Africa by the Colosseum has a cool rooftop bar too!
How about a vespa tour? Quick way to make sure you see everything?
